Return & Exchange policy
refund Policy:
After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Certain items can take up to 30 days. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center Department. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.
We do not accept return & exchange under the following conditions:
- Customer purchased a wrong item by mistake.
- Any original protection seals removed from the watches.
- Leather, rubber belt watches that have new holes punched in.
- Customer changed his/her mind about the product purchased.
- There may be a shortage of accessories depending on the availability status and it is stated on the product page.
Cancellation Policy:
WatchColor shall have the right to cancel your order for any reason in our sole discretion. In such cases, WatchColor shall forthwith cancel without responsibility.
In addition, your order may be canceled in the following situations.
- The payment is not completed.
- The ordered item is out of stock.
- The customer has violated WatchColor’s policy in the past.
- The customer is or is suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activity.
- The customer has made multiple orders with failed payments in the past.
- The data provided by the customer is suspected to be inaccurate or false.
- There have been disputes between the customer regarding a past order.
- The shipping address provided is of Freight Forwarding Services provider.
- The price of the ordered item is incorrect or is displayed incorrectly. (i.e., System error on the site, price update, etc.)
